Perfect for families and guests who prefer shallow water interactions, the Dolphin Encounter offers an up-close experience in waist-deep water. Guests can pet, feed, and play with dolphins while learning about their intelligence and natural behaviors in a safe and fun environment.

Requirements
- All ages welcome.
- Maximum weight: 300 lbs (136 kg).
- One participating adult (18+) is required for each child under 11.
- Guests must be able to safely climb ladders to enter and exit the interaction area.
Restrictions
- Pregnant guests.
- Guests with back, neck, or knee conditions.
- Guests with casts, walking boots, or prosthetics.
- Wheelchair or scooter users.
- Guests with physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disabilities.
Important Information
- Showering before the interaction is required.
- Bring swimsuit, towel, sunblock, and credit/debit card (cash is not accepted).
- Personal cameras, phones, GoPros, and electronic devices are not permitted during the interaction.
- Food and beverages are not allowed in the interaction area.
- Service animals are not permitted.
- Guests must be able to board transportation vehicles without assistance.
