This Cookie Policy explains how Ocean World S.R.L. (“Ocean World,” “we,” “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Ocean World Adventure Park website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags and software development tools that help a website remember choices, maintain a secure session, process a transaction or understand whether a feature works correctly.
2. Categories used on this website
Strictly necessary technologies
These technologies support functions requested by the visitor and cannot be switched off through our consent panel. They may be used to:
- Maintain the shopping cart and checkout session;
- Remember the selected currency and booking details;
- Protect forms, accounts and the website against abuse;
- Process a payment securely when a visitor chooses Stripe or PayPal; and

Where a service is not required to complete the visitor’s request, Ocean World will treat it as optional when technically supported.

As of the date shown above, the public pages audited by Ocean World did not intentionally activate Google Analytics 4 or Meta Pixel. If either tool or a comparable measurement service is introduced, it must be classified as optional and this Policy must be updated.
3. Service providers
Depending on the page and the action selected by the visitor, the website may interact with the following providers:
- WooCommerce and WordPress: cart, checkout, account, security and website operation;
- Stripe: card payment processing, authentication and fraud prevention;
- PayPal: PayPal payment processing, authentication and fraud prevention;
- Google Maps and Google platform services: maps, places and location-related functionality; and
- Mailchimp: newsletter subscription when a visitor voluntarily submits the subscription form.
These providers may process information in other countries under their own privacy terms. Ocean World does not receive a visitor’s full card number from the payment processor.
4. Your choices
On the first visit, the cookie notice allows the visitor to accept optional measurement, reject it or review the settings. Rejecting optional measurement does not disable the shopping cart, checkout or other essential website functions. A visitor can reopen at any time.
The preference is remembered for approximately six months unless the visitor deletes browser data, uses a different browser or device, or Ocean World requests consent again after a material change.
5. Browser controls
Most browsers allow users to delete or block cookies. Blocking all cookies through the browser may prevent the cart, checkout, account or other requested features from working correctly.
6. Updates to this Policy
Ocean World may update this Cookie Policy when the website, its providers or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest published version.
