Whether you are visiting for a dolphin experience, shark encounter, sea lion interaction, capybara encounter, day pass, beach day, or a full park adventure, this page will help you prepare for a smooth and enjoyable visit.

Opening Hours
Ocean World Adventure Park is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including holidays.
We recommend arriving early so you can enjoy the full park experience without rushing. Guests visiting with a Day Pass should plan enough time to enjoy the animal exhibits, presentations, beach lagoon, tropical bird habitat, pools, water attractions, restaurants, and other park facilities.
Guests with scheduled animal interaction programs should arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes before their program time. This allows enough time for check-in, orientation, locker rental if needed, changing clothes, and walking to the program area.
Ocean World operates rain or shine. However, for the safety of our guests, team members, and animals, some activities may be delayed, adjusted, temporarily paused, or rescheduled due to weather, marine conditions, maintenance, or operational requirements.

Ocean World Adventure Park includes a variety of areas designed for animal encounters, family entertainment, relaxation, dining, and guest services.
Inside the park, guests can enjoy and access areas such as dolphin interaction zones, sea lion encounter areas, shark encounter and snorkeling areas, tropical reef aquarium, tropical bird habitat, beach lagoon, pools, water slides, animal presentation areas, restaurants, snack areas, photo and video sales points, restrooms, lockers, guest services, and assistance points.
A park map is available on-site to help guests move easily between attractions, shows, restaurants, interaction areas, restrooms, lockers, and guest service locations.
Our team will also be happy to guide you during your visit and help you find the right area for your scheduled program or activity.
What to Bring
To enjoy your visit comfortably, we recommend bringing the following items:
- Swimsuit
- Towel
- Comfortable clothing
- Sandals or water-friendly shoes
- Reef-safe sunscreen
- Hat or sunglasses
- Credit or debit card
- Valid ID if required for your ticket type, promotion, or reservation
- A change of clothes
Guests participating in water or animal interaction programs should arrive prepared to get wet. Lockers may be available for rent on-site for personal belongings.
Personal cameras, cell phones, GoPros, and other electronic devices are not allowed during animal interaction programs. This policy is in place for the safety of guests, team members, and animals.
Photo and video services are available on-site so you can take home memories of your experience.
Outside food and drinks may not be allowed in certain areas of the park. Food and drinks are not allowed inside animal interaction areas.
Accessibility / Restrictions
Ocean World welcomes guests of different ages and abilities. However, some programs and areas may have restrictions due to the physical nature of the activities, animal safety protocols, platform access, pool entry, ladders, wet surfaces, and emergency procedures.
For the safety of guests, team members, and animals, certain animal interaction programs may not be suitable for guests with back conditions, neck conditions, knee conditions, mobility limitations, visual disabilities, physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, casts, walking boots, prosthetics, or pregnancy.
Some programs may require guests to safely enter and exit interaction areas, platforms, pools, or transportation vehicles without assistance. Certain experiences may also require guests to climb ladders, walk across wet surfaces, or remain standing during portions of the program.
Age, height, and weight requirements may vary depending on the selected experience. Guests should always review the specific restrictions listed on each experience page before booking.
If you or a member of your party uses a wheelchair, has limited mobility, has a disability, is pregnant, has a medical condition, or may need special assistance, please contact us before booking so our team can help determine whether the selected program is suitable.

Cashless Policy
Ocean World operates with cashless payments.
Guests are encouraged to bring a credit card, debit card, or compatible mobile payment method for purchases inside the park. This may include food, drinks, photos, videos, souvenirs, lockers, upgrades, and additional services.
Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available.
For a smoother visit, please avoid bringing cash as your only payment method.
Important Guest Reminders
Before your visit, please remember to arrive early, check your selected program time, review the restrictions for your experience, bring swimwear and a towel, and carry a credit or debit card for purchases inside the park.
Phones, cameras, GoPros, and electronic devices are not allowed during animal interactive programs.
