If you are traveling with Carnival, Costa, Holland America, Princess, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Norwegian, Regent, Oceania, or MSC, please book your Ocean World tour directly through your cruise line.
Your cruise line’s Shore Excursion team will provide the confirmed meeting point, departure time, transportation details, and return schedule.
We strongly recommend booking through your cruise line to help ensure that your transportation and timing are properly coordinated with your ship’s arrival and departure.
Transportation from the Port
Cruise guests who book through their cruise line will receive organized roundtrip transportation from the port as part of their shore excursion arrangement.
The departure time and meeting instructions will be indicated on your cruise excursion ticket or provided by the Shore Excursion team.
Please follow the instructions given by your cruise line and arrive at the assigned meeting point on time.

Ocean World is located in Cofresí, Puerto Plata, a short drive from the Puerto Plata cruise port area.
Travel time may vary depending on the port, traffic, cruise operations, and transportation arrangements. For this reason, cruise guests should follow the schedule provided by their cruise line or Shore Excursion team.

The amount of time needed at Ocean World depends on the selected experience, transportation schedule, and your cruise ship’s time in port.

To avoid timing conflicts, guests arriving by cruise ship should not book directly through Ocean World’s website unless specifically instructed to do so.

If you are arriving on a cruise ship and book directly through our website instead of through your cruise line, your booking may be cancelled and refunded.
In the event of a booking cancellation, up to 10% of your payment may be retained as a transaction fee.
