Ocean World distinguishes between media created as part of a guest experience or operational service and media intended for advertising or promotional purposes.

Where Ocean World is conducting planned promotional photography or filming, reasonable efforts may be made to provide notice or obtain appropriate authorization when required.
Requests not to participate in planned promotional photography may be communicated to an Ocean World representative.
Such a request may not prevent incidental appearance in general crowd scenes, security footage, or recordings necessary for legitimate safety, operational, evidentiary, or legal purposes.
7. Private Galleries and Access Links
PhotoLab galleries and download links are intended for customers and persons authorized by those customers.
Private galleries may use unique identifiers, access tokens, passwords, codes, or secure links.

Ocean World is not responsible for access resulting from a customer’s voluntary sharing of a private gallery, password, code, or download link.
A person making a reservation or purchase for a family or group may receive access to media containing other members of that reservation or group and is responsible for using and sharing that content appropriately.
Ocean World may restrict, suspend, or terminate gallery access when it reasonably believes the gallery or access credentials are being used without authorization, fraudulently, unlawfully, to violate another person’s rights, or contrary to applicable Terms and Conditions.

Where required by applicable law, Ocean World will obtain appropriate authorization before collecting, using, or disclosing a minor’s personal information.
8.1 Photographs and Videos of Minors

A person purchasing, accessing, or downloading media containing a minor represents that they are appropriately authorized to receive or use that media, such as:
- The minor’s parent or legal guardian;
- An authorized adult participating in or organizing the applicable family or group reservation; or
- Another person with appropriate authority.
Ocean World may restrict or deny access when it reasonably believes someone is attempting to obtain media of a minor without appropriate authorization.

No website, network, database, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers should protect their account credentials, passwords, access codes, private gallery links, download links, and personal devices.
18. Retention of Personal Information
Ocean World retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to satisfy legitimate operational, safety, accounting, tax, employment, insurance, contractual, legal, security, and regulatory requirements.
Retention periods depend on factors including:

18.1 PhotoLab Media and Orders
Private galleries and download links are available for a limited period and may expire automatically.
Expiration of a gallery or download link does not necessarily mean that all related records are immediately deleted.
Ocean World may retain order records, payment references, access and download logs, customer service records, security records, and media associated with an order for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill purchases, provide support, meet financial or legal obligations, investigate disputes or fraud, and protect legal rights.
Media that is not purchased may be deleted, archived, anonymized, or restricted according to Ocean World’s operational retention procedures.
Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing purchased digital media before access expires.
18.2 Waivers
Signed waivers and related electronic records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to document participation and consent, satisfy safety, insurance, operational, and legal requirements, respond to claims or incidents, and protect legal rights.
Retention may extend beyond the date of a visit, particularly when a waiver concerns a minor, an incident, an insurance matter, or an actual or potential legal claim.
19. Third-Party Websites and Services
Ocean World websites and digital services may contain links or integrations involving third-party websites, applications, payment services, social media platforms, maps, travel services, or other external providers.
Ocean World does not control the privacy or security practices of independent third parties.
Information collected directly by those organizations is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
The inclusion of a link, logo, integration, or third-party feature does not make Ocean World responsible for that third party’s independent privacy practices.

Ocean World may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in its services, technologies, business practices, service providers, or legal and regulatory requirements.
The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Policy indicates the most recent revision.
Material changes may be communicated through an Ocean World website, reservation platform, PhotoLab, electronic waiver platform, email, or another appropriate method.
