The Ministry of Labor, through the General Directorate of Industrial Hygiene and Safety, certified Ocean World Adventure Park & Marina for having satisfactorily complied with the implementation of the recommendations established for the tourism sector in order to prevent the spread of the novel Covid 19 virus.
The certification ceremony was held in the facilities of the National Palace, headed by the Minister of Labor, Luis Miguel De Camps García with the presence of the Constitutional President of the Dominican Republic, Mr. Luis Rodolfo Abinader Corona.
Diego Tripaldi, Regional Director of the facility, received the certification on behalf of the company and indicated that “The safety of our visitors and collaborators is our priority. For this reason, we have adhered to comply with the protocols of the Health and Tourism authorities of the Dominican Republic to guarantee our clients a unique experience with the peace of mind that they will be well taken care of. We are grateful for the support of the Dominican families who have visited us during this period, which have shown exemplary behavior following these recommendations. “
Ocean World Adventure Park & Marina located on the Cofresí beach, just 10 minutes from the center of the city of Puerto Plata, is one of the main attractions on the north coast. It has the largest dolphin habitat built, its programs promote interaction between visitors and different marine species.
