Ocean World Adventure Park & Marina offers open spaces in contact with nature, making it a place of low risk and easy implementation of safe distancing measures. The program reinforces compliance with these measures, placing signs that constantly remind of maintaining a distance of 6 feet between households, frequent hand washing and the use of masks.
The “Ocean Safe & Fun” health and prevention program begins with the protection of the employees: all went through a review of their health history and a rigorous training process on prevention protocols and the importance of proper implementation, before to rejoin their duties.
The program increases the frequency of cleaning in all areas and furniture both indoors and outdoors, performing a deep disinfection with fogging technology at the end of each day.
At the restaurants, important changes have been made in the food service, which will be portioned and served by the staff.
They recommend in this first stage, make a reservation and complete the registration process prior to arrival, thus avoiding lines or waiting. The payment method will only be by credit card or bank transfer for greater security and convenience. The use of masks and temperature control upon arrival will be required for both visitors and collaborators.
