These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to tickets and reservations purchased directly through the Ocean World Adventure Park website. By completing a booking, the purchaser confirms that the information provided is accurate and that all members of the party have reviewed the applicable program requirements.
1. Reservations and availability
Animal interaction programs operate with fixed schedules and limited capacity. A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a booking confirmation. Guests are encouraged to book early because programs may sell out.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change before a booking is completed. The price displayed in the confirmed order is the price charged for that reservation. Additional services or transportation surcharges, when applicable, will be identified during booking or coordinated with the reservations team.
3. Arrival and participation
Guests with a scheduled interaction should arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes before the program time. Late arrival may result in a missed program, and rescheduling is not guaranteed. Participants must follow all safety instructions and meet the age, height, health, mobility, swimming and guardian requirements displayed for the selected experience.
4. Changes and cancellations
Requests to change a date or cancel a booking are subject to availability, ticket type, booking channel, timing and operational conditions. Contact Ocean World as soon as possible at reservation@ocean-world.info or +1 809-291-1000. Bookings made through a hotel, travel agency, tour operator, cruise line or other third party must be changed or cancelled through that provider.
5. Cruise ship passengers
Guests arriving in Puerto Plata by cruise ship should book through their cruise line website or shore excursion desk so transportation and timing can be coordinated with the ship. A direct website booking made for a cruise passenger may be cancelled and refunded; up to 10% of the payment may be retained as a transaction fee.
6. Weather and operational changes
Ocean World normally operates rain or shine. For guest, team-member or animal safety, Ocean World may adjust schedules, capacity, activities or program components. When a material operational change affects a confirmed reservation, the reservations team will provide the available alternatives.
7. Children and guardians
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Individual programs may require a participating adult for children below a specified age. The requirements shown on each activity page form part of these terms.
8. Cameras, personal items and conduct
Personal cameras, mobile phones, GoPros and other electronic devices are not permitted during animal interaction programs unless expressly authorized. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and must follow park rules and staff instructions. Ocean World reserves the right to use drones within its facilities in accordance with applicable safety procedures.
9. Accessibility and medical considerations
Some experiences require climbing ladders, entering or exiting pools or platforms, walking on wet surfaces or participating without assistance. Guests with a disability, limited mobility, pregnancy or medical condition should contact the reservations team before booking so the suitability of the selected program can be reviewed.

Personal information submitted during booking is handled according to the Ocean World Privacy Policy.

12. Website use and electronic requests
Visitors may use this website for lawful personal purposes. Contact, quotation, group, transportation or other request forms are requests for review and do not by themselves confirm availability, a reservation, a price or a service. A reservation is confirmed only as described in Section 1 above.
13. Accounts and information supplied
Visitors are responsible for providing accurate information and for protecting account credentials and booking references. Ocean World may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect a visitor, the website, a transaction or another person.
14. Website content and availability
Ocean World works to keep website information accurate and available, but schedules, program components, prices and technical features may change. An error on the website does not override the price, availability or conditions stated in a completed confirmation. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Intellectual property
The Ocean World name, logos, website design, text, photographs, video, graphics and other materials are owned by Ocean World or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Visitors may view the website for personal use, but may not reproduce, sell, alter, scrape, republish or commercially exploit its materials without prior written permission or another lawful basis.
16. External websites and services
The website may link to independent providers, social networks, travel partners and payment services. Ocean World is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of an independent third-party service. Visitors should review the terms and privacy notice of the service they choose to use.
17. Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ocean World is not responsible for losses caused solely by an unavailable third-party network, a visitor’s device or connection, unauthorized use of credentials, or content on an independent external website. This clause does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded and does not replace the specific safety, participation, cancellation or operational provisions above.

19. Changes and governing law
Ocean World may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, services or applicable requirements. The updated date shown above will identify the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdictional right that applies to the visitor.
